Town and Country Campers/Seasonal Maintenance Calendar

Keep RV in an enclosed location, under a carport or covered
If you haven't winterized, because you're planning on using your RV,
leave a heater running to prevent pipes from freezing

Clean and check roof for damage to membrane and seam caulking
Flush fresh water system
Check batteries
Check LP system
Check electrical systems
Check A/C and heating systems
Check tires, brakes and wheel bearings
Remove any mildew on inside, outside and awnings

Fill LP tanks
Maintain chemicals in black and grey water tanks
Empty black and grey water tanks as needed
Recheck Spring list

Clean inside and out, before storing for the winter
Winterize BEFORE the first freeze by draining all water tanks
and adding RV antifreeze to all fresh water systems

ONGOING: Check for leaks in kitchen, bathroom, around windows, vents and roof seams. Any leaks should be repaired immediately to avoid costly repairs later.
